The theme of the conference, "The French language in the digital age: new spaces, new cultures, new language?" aims at analyzing the evolution of the French language in a space dominated by digital English concepts and tools: hashtag, post, cloud… How is French being used on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram? The debate will also explore the perception of francophone geopolitics in a digital context: which role do French speaking countries play online and regarding new technologies?
